ENTERING THE SPEEDWAY

Whether it’s your first visit to North Wilkesboro Speedway or you’re returning for another Window World 450, a bit of planning will help your race weekend run smoothly. Below is key information on bags, parking, shuttles and accessibility to know before you arrive.

Bag policy

All bags are subject to inspection at entry gates. Bags must not exceed 14" x 14" x 14". Guests are strongly advised to check event-specific requirements before arriving at the track, as policies may vary by race. Any items not permitted under Speedway rules may be confiscated at the gate and will not be returned. In some cases, entry may be denied.

Parking and arrival

On-site parking lots will open at 10:00 a.m., at the same time as the Fan Zone. Fans are encouraged to carpool and to respect the official parking opening time. Please be aware that, due to traffic flow and lot conditions, you may be redirected to a different parking area than the one originally purchased in advance.

Fans who did not purchase a parking pass in advance through North Wilkesboro Speedway are encouraged to seek daily parking with local residents along Fishing Creek Road or Speedway Road. An alternative option is parking at Wilkes County Community College (1306 South Collegiate Drive, Wilkesboro, NC 28697) and using the shuttle service to the speedway.

Remote parking and shuttles

North Wilkesboro Speedway operates remote parking for all Lot 1 advance-parking ticketholders. Fans holding Lot 1 passes should go directly to Wilkes County Community College, where complimentary shuttle service to and from the speedway will begin at 9:00 a.m.
