ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (ADA)

Phoenix Raceway is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests. The facility offers a variety of services and amenities to accommodate visitors with disabilities, including accessible seating, parking, and assistance from trained event staff. Whether you’re attending the NASCAR Cup Series race or another major event, the Speedway’s accessibility features are designed to ensure everyone can fully enjoy race weekend with comfort and ease.

Accessible seating

Phoenix Raceway provides a range of options for guests requiring wheelchair-accessible seating. The Bobby Allison Grandstand features both upper and lower wheelchair-accessible areas, each accompanied by companion seating to ensure friends and family can sit together.

Every wheelchair-accessible ticket purchase includes a Reserved Accessible Parking Pass, granting access to a designated parking area close to the venue. Please review the directions printed on the back of the pass before traveling, as they indicate the most efficient route to your assigned area. A state-issued disability plate or placard is also required to park in the accessible lot.

Accessible parking

Guests with a valid state-issued accessibility license plate or placard can easily access the Speedway’s ADA parking areas:

  • Exit I-10 at Avondale Blvd. (Exit 131) and proceed south toward Phoenix Raceway.
  • Follow the blue route signs directing you to the facility.

Accessible parking guidelines

  • The person to whom the disability plate or placard is issued must be present in the vehicle and able to show proper identification if requested.
  • Phoenix Raceway reserves the right to redirect vehicles misusing a placard or plate to general parking areas.
  • While the Speedway offers more accessible parking spaces than required by law, these areas fill quickly, so early arrival is strongly recommended.
  • Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis until the lot reaches capacity. Once full, traffic personnel will direct guests to general parking.
  • Accessible parking areas are intended for standard-sized cars and light trucks only; oversize vehicles will be redirected to alternate zones.

Reserved accessible parking

Guests who purchase wheelchair-accessible seating will receive a Reserved Accessible Parking Pass, which provides access to a specific ADA parking location. Please follow the detailed instructions on the back of the pass to reach this area.

To park in the reserved accessible lot, guests must display both:

  1. The Reserved Accessible Parking Pass issued by Phoenix Raceway, and
  2. Their state-issued disability license plate or placard.

Please note that one Reserved Accessible Parking Pass is issued per account, not per individual wheelchair-accessible seat purchased.
